Different Rules and Regulations exist for each product. Settlement rules may result in bets being winners on one product and losers on another. Familiarize yourself with the specific rules for your bets.

Conditions for Using SBJ66
SBJ66 grants you a non-exclusive, limited license to access our site, contingent on adherence to this Agreement. Our site’s availability is not an offer in prohibited jurisdictions. While we aim to settle Markets promptly, specific timeframes cannot be guaranteed.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information when placing a bet. We are not liable for any errors, including incorrect data related to odds, pricing, or stakes. If an operator repeats your bet incorrectly, you must rectify the error and notify us immediately. Once your bet is confirmed and matched, you assume full liability, especially if it results in a loss.
SBJ66 reserves the right to suspend betting or void specific bets or entire Markets at any time to maintain integrity and fairness. Be aware that some users use automated programs (“bots”) to place bets within predefined parameters, which may affect seemingly inactive Markets.
Policy on Cancellation, Termination, Suspension, and Breach
We may, without prior notice and at our discretion, restrict your access to SBJ66, suspend or terminate your account, cancel your bets, or void any outstanding bets if:
- A technological failure occurs;
- We suspect illegal or fraudulent activities;
- You violate any aspect of this Agreement;
- You breach the terms of a SBJ66 promotion;
- We suspect collusion with others to exploit a bet or promotion unfairly;
- We suspect business usage of “public market data” linked to your account;
- You are legally prohibited from placing a bet;
- You bet on a sporting match or event in which you are a participant.
Prohibition of Underage Gambling
We strictly enforce the legal age limit for gambling, which is 18 years. If we discover you are underage, your account will be blocked, and an investigation will be initiated to confirm the claim.
Cancellation of Bets
Cancellation of an unmatched bet is only recognized once you receive our confirmation. If there is a delay, your bet may still be matched. If your bet is partially or fully accepted before cancellation, the bet stands as originally offered.
Betting Limits
The minimum and maximum stakes for placing a bet vary depending on the product and market type and may change across different platforms. Bets below the minimum threshold may lead to account closure. Your betting limit is determined by the lesser of your “Available to Bet” balance and “Exposure Limit” in your account.
Settlement of Bets
Bet settlements are conducted following SBJ66 Rules and Regulations and the Sportsbook Rules and Regulations. We reserve the right to adjust or reverse settlements if a market is settled incorrectly. Changes may affect your account balance, and if it falls into a deficit, we may require you to deposit funds to rectify the negative balance. Failure to comply may result in account suspension and legal action to recover the debt. All winnings or losses will be rounded to the nearest two decimal places.
Commissions and Financial Structure
Our commission structure is based on your net winnings in a market. Additional charges may apply under certain conditions. Please refer to the SBJ66 Charges document for details. We retain the right to modify these policies at any time.
Exemption from Liability for Unforeseen Circumstances
We are not responsible for any loss or damage due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or failures in telecommunication services. In such cases, we may cancel or suspend our services without liability.
Equipment and Software Failures
We are not accountable for equipment or software malfunctions, regardless of their location or administration, that may hinder the operation of our Services or prevent communication with us.
Availability of Services for Subsequent Bets
We cannot guarantee the availability of our Services for subsequent bets, including using the “Cash Out” feature, even if the unavailability is due to factors beyond our control.
Third-Party Performance Failures
We will not be held liable for any failure to perform by third parties related to our Agreement.
Indemnification Clause
You agree to indemnify us and our affiliates from any liabilities, claims, losses, or demands arising from your breach of this Agreement or infringement of any laws or third-party rights.
Reliance on Your Information
We maintain your identity information and rely on its accuracy. You indemnify us against any inaccuracies in the information you supply.
Limitation of Our Liability
We disclaim all implied warranties regarding our Services’ quality, fitness for purpose, and completeness. We will not be liable for losses due to the misuse of your password or unauthorized use, whether fraudulent or otherwise. Our liability for breach of this Agreement will not exceed the exposure limit specified in your account. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or benefits from any bet resulting from contract breach or negligence.
Intellectual Property Rights
SBJ66 owns all intellectual property rights associated with our website. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property rights may lead to legal action. By engaging with our site, you transfer to SBJ66 all intellectual property rights in relation to any betting offers or bets you place.
Information Services Provision

This information is provided “as is” and may be subject to delays and inaccuracies. Relying on this information for placing bets is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any decisions made based on it.
Assignment of Agreement
